Mutual Title Agency and its Partners across Michigan and Ohio are closely watching, monitoring and evaluating the COVID-19 pandemic. Our offices are remaining open and in full operation. Senior management is making sure that we are taking all the appropriate steps to keep everyone safe while putting all of our customers and partners first. We will be following all of the guidelines that the CDC has put out for keeping our offices sanitized and clean.

We want you to know that your peace of mind is our top priority. If you become ill or are uncomfortable with in-person meetings as your closing approaches, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make alternate arrangements or discuss this with you. We plan to provide for your safety at all times.
